Class Descriptions
- POWERTONE/POWERCUT-Tone and tighten your entire body using an assortment of equipment during this one hour strengthening class
- ABSOLUTION- Dedicate 30 minutes to trimming the waistline and building your abs
- ROCK BOTTOM The name says it all. 30 minutes dedicated to sculpt your booty!
- KICKBOXING - Get your heart thumping with punches, jabs, and kicks in this hour-long class!
- CARDIO BLAST - Don’t have much time to spare? Be prepared to reach your target heart zone in this 30-minute moderate/ high-intensity cardio class.
- BOX BLAST 30 minutes of Kickboxing ~ Cardio Blast style
- BOSU BLAST 30 minutes of moderate/high intensity cardio on the BOSU Blast style!
- MTV DANCE PARTY A high-energy, fat burning blast of fun using hip hop/pop styles of dance for 45 minutes Routines change monthly
- STEP - Step and sweat to this hour-long class of fun on the step
- TREAD & SHED - Follow the instructor on your choice of equipment: Treadmill, Elliptical, Stair Climber or Bike. A 25-minute workout that works like an hour!
- MIX IT UP Mix of all the classes, cardio, step, kickboxing and/or strength training done in one class! Instructor’s choice. This class is 1 hour
- BUTTS & GUTTS - Give these problem areas a challenge! This 1 hour sculpting class targets the lower body with toning exercises designed to firm and shape “Butts and Gutts” as well as lower back and legs
- CYCLE Need a cardio challenge? Burn mega calories in this biking style 45 min 1 hour class!
- TOP IT OFF Strength training from the waist up! 30 minutes
- AB CIRCUIT 30 minutes of ab work set up in circuit stations
- RUNNING Not a runner but would like to become one? Are a runner and want to be challenged? Somewhere in the middle? This class is for everyone. Work at your level on your own or with a group. Weekly goal sheets are set out every Monday. Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced. Just let us know which week you are on and receive the appropriate goal sheet. Come during designated running times if you would like to ask the instructor questions. Run anytime or during the class!
- YOGA Mind/Body workout. Stretch and prepare for your week or end it with this one hour class.
- YOGA-STRETCH-FUSION This one and a half hour class will hit it all! Core work combined with pilates and yoga
- MAT STRETCH Give those muscles a good stretch in this 30 minute class
- H.E.A.T. High Energy Athletic Training! Intense 30 minutes of calorie burning sports drills.
- REP REEBOK Burn it up and hit it all in this 1 hour body bar strength training workout!
