About us . . .
Our mission at the Community Center is to provide safe, expertly managed recreation, enrichment programs, and social events that foster family and individual well-being, unit cohesion, and community involvement. Our vision is to have professionally-trained staff provide single point access to introduce people to the diversity, values and benefits of safe and satisfying outings, activities, and programs. We provide information, referrals, and facilities for individuals and groups interested in available recreation, and enrichment programs.

Dance classes

 Salsa dance lessons
Starting May 5 from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m., the Community Center will offer salsa lessons for $45 per month. This is a great way for couples to come together and reconnect while learning something new! Preregister by April 1. To register for classes or for more information, call 722-0339.

 Ho Kuk Mu Sul (Traditional Korean Martial Arts)
Classes for ages 8-adult meet each Monday, Tuesday and Thursday- from 6:30 to 7:15 p.m. Cost is $50 per month. Family rates are available.
Little Tigers Korean Martial Arts
Classes for boys and girls, ages 3-7; meet Wednesdays from 6:30 to 7 p.m. and Saturdays from 1 to 1:30 p.m. Cost is $30 per month, per child.

 Drumline lessons
Tuesday classes for youth to adults from 5:30 to 6:15 p.m. Instruction fees are $60 per month. If you don't have a drum, one may be provided by the instructor. A minimum enrollment of 10 students may be required. To register for classes or for more information, call 722-0339.

 Music lessons

Programs
In addition to the classes, we offer a chess club and special family events such as movie nights and craft socials. We are also the point of contact for the Congressional Award Program

We are also the point of contact for annual base wide events such as:

- Missoula Children’s Theater
- Family and Teen Talent Show
- Community Appreciation Day - Wings over Wayne
- Block Parties
- 4th of July
- Fashion Show
Our facility is available to all authorized users and can be reserved for functions, other than official, on a “first come, first serve” basis. To make a reservation please come by the Community Center and complete our Reservation Contract.
